What we collect

When you submit a Instagram link, we send it to our resolver API to generate a stream/download link. We log basic visit data (page, timestamp, and IP-derived info) and a record of each link resolution (success or error) for abuse prevention and to keep the service running reliably.

What we don't do

We don't host, store, or keep copies of the files themselves. We don't require an account, and we don't sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies

We use a session cookie so the file you resolve can be shown to you on the results page. It's cleared when your browser session ends.

Analytics

If enabled, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns. Google may set its own cookies as part of this — see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party links

Play/download links point to servers operated by Instagram, not by us. Once you leave our site via one of those links, Instagram's own terms and privacy practices apply.

Your rights

You can request details of what we've logged about your visits, or ask us to delete it, by emailing allvideosavehelp@gmail.com.
