- In Telegram, tap and hold the Instagram link, then choose Copy.
- Open your browser and paste the link into an Instagram downloader.
- Tap Download — stream or save the video to your device.

Why not just open it in Telegram's browser?
Telegram's built-in browser (and other in-app browsers) can sometimes block downloads or lose the session. Opening the link in Chrome or Safari is more reliable.
